Design Unlimited was founded by Mark Tucker in March 2000. Mark started his career in yacht interior design in 1986 when he left University in Cardiff to join the drawing office at Camper & Nicholsons (Yachts) in Gosport. Working at the yard gave Mark a valuable insight into construction methods and constraints and he gained experience by working on boats such as Royal Eagle, Cyrano and Victoria of Strathern.
After seven years with Campers Mark left to join Ken Freivokh Design where he later became Associate Partner, and was introduced to production work in the form of Sunseeker International. He also gained a huge amount of experience by managing the interior design of, amongst others, Atlantide, Leopard and Spada.

In 2000 Mark took the step of launching his own business, Design Unlimited, and quickly established a varied and impressive portfolio of projects.
